Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund terms:
Return period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in original condition and in its original packaging.
Return process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@comfotcore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a return slip, together with instructions on how to carry out the return.
We reserve the right to not be able to pick up your return if it is sent to an address other than the stated return address. Package your return well and it is of course fine to use the same packaging that the product was packed in, i.e. the bag or carton we sent your item in.
Reimbursement of received and approved returns takes place within 14 days.
Return shipping
A fee of GBP 6 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@comfotcore.com and include details and pictures of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue quickly and smoothly.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, which may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank's processing time. If you have chosen the invoice payment method, you should report the return to Klarna in their app or to their customer service. Then your invoice will be paused until we have handled your return. It will then be credited if you returned the entire order.
