Ordering

When you have completed your order, the purchase is confirmed by an order confirmation to the specified email address. IMPORT

Any import & customs fees are paid by the customer when the customer makes a private import. Rehabkallan.se cannot regulate or be responsible for these costs.

Payment

We process payments through Shopify Payments, which offers the following payment options:

Invoicing is handled by Klarna, who can perform a credit check.

Delivery and Shipping cost

Shipping charges and delivery options are listed in our Delivery Policy . For bulky products, such as skis and bike trailers, home delivery only applies. GL Commerce AB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. For larger campaigns, delivery times may be longer than normal. See our shipping policy

Transport responsibility

We take responsibility for goods that are damaged during transport to you. If you receive a damaged package, we recommend that you immediately photograph the damaged goods and report this to your postal agent. You can also contact us, and we will help you get compensation for the damage.

We also take responsibility for goods that disappear during delivery from our warehouse to you or to your post office. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the specified delivery address is correct and to be reachable at the time of delivery. The risk for the goods passes to you as the customer upon receipt.

When you return an item to us, you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the item is well packaged so that neither the product nor the original packaging is damaged during the return transport. Do not use the original packaging as outer packaging. If the original packaging is damaged due to unreasonable handling, we can demand compensation for the reduction in value.

Return and Refund Policy

Unclaimed Packages

When delivering to an agent, the package must be picked up within the specified time. If the package is not picked up and returned to us, a handling fee will be charged.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases of specially adapted products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This applies, for example, to skis with fitted bindings and underwear where the seal has been broken.

Complaints

If you want to advertise a product, please contact our customer service at info@comfotcore.com and state your order number. We will then send you a return shipping slip. If you have the opportunity to take pictures of the product, this can speed up the handling. If the warranty period has expired, it is the customer's responsibility to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of delivery. The right to complain does not apply to normal wear and tear or age-related wear and tear. We recommend that you complain about the product as soon as possible after discovering the fault.

The products sent back must be clean and free of dirt, animal hair and the like. After receipt, your case is processed within 14 days.
